This role requires 3+ years of packaging engineering experience, a strong understanding of material selection, and the ability to manage projects from concept through production.

Qualifications

• 3+ years packaging engineering experience.
• Experience with material selection, structural design, and compliance with industry standards.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage packaging projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize packaging solutions for product protection, performance, and sustainability.
• Select and qualify packaging materials and components based on requirements and cost.
• Apply manufacturing knowledge to ensure packaging meets production needs and is manufacturable.
• Support product development through packaging engineering input, specifications, and testing.
• Document packaging specifications and ensure records are accurate and accessible.
