The Hershey Company is seeking an experienced Packaging Engineer to design, develop, and optimize packaging solutions that protect products and enhance sustainability. You will lead material selections, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure designs are manufacturable at scale.

The positioninvolves managing tactical plans alignedwith short-term business objectives and addressingmoderate to complex challenges that impact multiple teams within the division. The rolerequiresadvanced expertise in executing processes and projects related to packaging, including materialselection, structural design, and compliance with industry standards and within strategicguidelines. This rolerequires significant cross-functional collaboration, and has increasedownership and scope acting as primarypackaging support for single plant, brand or category. Thisrole collaborates with peers to improve ways of working and share BDP's.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $92,160to $115,200per year. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of job‑related factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skill set, education, and training.
