• Associate’s degree in engineering, preferably ASMET.
• 3+ years of packaging engineering experience in consumer products.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop protective packaging containers.
• Manage the packaging development cycle from conception to production and testing.
• Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Purchasing, Sales, and Marketing.
• Review vendor drawings and manage capital funding requests.
