Amgen is seeking a Packaging Engineer to apply engineering principles to design, qualification, and implementation of primary and secondary packaging components. You will support manufacturing operations, perform distribution testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and compliance.
Ideal candidates hold an engineering degree with hands-on experience in packaging materials and GMP environments, including experience with CAD tools such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks,
Competenze
- Master's degree in Engineering or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 2 years of experience.
- Experience creating and modifying engineering drawings using AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, SolidWorks.
- Pharma/Biotech packaging experience and GMP knowledge.
- Strong organizational and technical writing skills; bilingual in English and Spanish.
Mansioni
- Apply engineering principles to design, qualification, and implementation of packaging components and systems.
- Provide engineering support for manufacturing and packaging operations; troubleshoot and improve processes.
- Perform distribution testing per ASTM/ISO/EP/USP guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support commercial and development activities.
- Develop and approve engineering drawings; contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
