Job summary

Lifted is seeking experienced packaging designers to join our network for opportunities with enterprise partners. You will design primary and secondary packaging, dielines, and structural concepts, while collaborating with product, brand, regulatory, and operations teams to ensure feasible, production-ready outputs.

You will develop seasonal and innovative packaging for beauty/skincare categories, managing file versions and coordinating with printers to achieve flawless production.

Qualifications

• Experience in packaging design for primary and secondary packaging.
• Ability to create production-ready artwork and mechanical files.
• Strong understanding of color, typography, and visual identity for packaging.

Responsibilities

• Design primary and secondary packaging, dielines, and structural concepts.
• Develop seasonal and innovation packaging for beauty/skincare categories.
• Partner with product, brand, regulatory, and ops teams to ensure feasibility.
• Deliver production-ready files and vendor-ready specs.
• Prepare accurate mechanical files for print and manufacturing.
• Manage version control and packaging artwork libraries.
• Collaborate with designers and printers to ensure flawless production.
