Job summary

Lifted is seeking a Packaging Designer to create primary and secondary packaging, dielines, and structural concepts for beauty/skincare. You will develop seasonal packaging and ensure feasibility with product, brand, regulatory, and ops teams.

You will own color, finishes, typography, and visual packaging identity, deliver production-ready files, prepare mechanicals, and collaborate with printers to ensure flawless production.

Qualifications

• Experience designing primary and secondary packaging, dielines, and structural concepts.
• Develop seasonal and innovative packaging for beauty/skincare categories.
• Collaborate with product, brand, regulatory, and ops teams for feasibility.
• Own color, finishes, typography, hierarchy, and visual packaging identity.
• Deliver production-ready files and vendor-ready specs.
• Prepare accurate mechanical files for print and manufacturing.
• Execute resizing, adaptations, layout adjustments, and refinements.
• Ensure color accuracy, trapping, bleeds, and pre-press best practices.
• Manage version control and packaging artwork libraries.
• Partner with designers and printers to ensure flawless production.

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate packaging concepts for multiple SKUs.
• Create dielines, color palettes, and typography systems.
• Prepare print-ready files and BOMs for suppliers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to validate feasibility.
• Maintain artwork libraries and version control.
• Collaborate with printers and vendors to ensure accuracy.
