Job summary

Lifted, an Upwork Company™, is building a network of experienced packaging designers for potential full- or part-time engagements with enterprise partners. You will design primary and secondary packaging, dielines, and structural concepts, deliver production-ready files and vendor specs, and collaborate with product, brand, regulatory, and ops teams to ensure feasibility and flawless execution.

Qualifications

Design primary and secondary packaging, dielines, and structural concepts.
Develop seasonal and innovative packaging for beauty/skincare categories.
Partner with product, brand, regulatory, and operations teams to ensure feasibility.
Own color, finishes, typography, hierarchy, and visual packaging identity.
Deliver production-ready files and vendor-ready specs.
Prepare accurate mechanical files for print and manufacturing.
Execute resizing, adaptations, layout adjustments, and technical refinements.
Ensure color accuracy, trapping, bleeds, and pre-press best practices.

Responsibilities

Design packaging, dielines, and structural concepts for products.
Create seasonal/innovative packaging for beauty/skincare lines.
Collaborate with product, brand, regulatory, and ops teams to guarantee feasibility.
