Job summary

Lifted, an Upwork Company™, seeks a Packaging Designer to join our network for primary and secondary packaging, dielines, and structural concepts in beauty/skincare.

You will partner with product, brand, regulatory, and operations teams to ensure feasibility, deliver production-ready files and accurate mechanicals, and uphold color accuracy and pre-press best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience designing primary and secondary packaging for consumer brands.
• Develop seasonal and innovative packaging for beauty/skincare categories.
• Collaborate with product, brand, regulatory, and ops teams to ensure feasibility.
• Own color, finishes, typography, hierarchy, and visual packaging identity.
• Deliver production-ready files and vendor-ready specs; manage versions.

Responsibilities

• Design packaging concepts from concept to final files.
• Prepare mechanical files for print and manufacturing.
• Ensure color accuracy, trapping, bleeds, and pre-press best practices.
• Manage version control and artwork libraries.
• Partner with printers to ensure flawless production.
