Job summary

PCA is seeking a Designer Intern to join the Marshfield, WI Design Team. You will collaborate with customers and teammates to evaluate needs, design packaging, and build prototypes to deliver cost-effective, aesthetically pleasing solutions.

Prepare CAD specs and partner with the team to optimize department and manufacturing efficiency. You'll work under guidance in a fast-paced environment, with emphasis on accurate CAD work and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Packaging Engineering program at UW–Stout.
• Strong CAD knowledge and design literacy required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and team to evaluate needs and expectations, design packaging, build prototypes and samples.
• Prepare CAD specifications for production and assist in improving department and manufacturing efficiency.
