Job summary

Menasha Corporation, including ORBIS Corporation, is seeking a design-focused engineer to translate customer needs into cost-effective, manufacturing-ready CAD designs.

You will collaborate with project engineers, customers and tooling vendors to bring new products from concept to production, ensuring ISO quality procedures and robust modeling practices. 2+ years of CAD experience preferred; travel up to 5% may be required.

Qualifications

• 3D CAD experience with Creo, SolidWorks, or Inventor.
• Associates in Mechanical Design Technology or Creo Parametric Professional Certification preferred.
• Relevant work experience may substitute formal education.
• Experience with plastic processes and tooling is desirable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop commercially viable designs for product offerings using CAD.
• Collaborate with engineers, customers and tooling vendors from concept to production.
• Create robust models enabling design changes with ISO quality compliance.
• Provide technical customer support and assistance.
