Students will gain hands-on experience in the Packaging Core Engineering department within the rotating equipment industry. You will collaborate with senior engineers to capture operational knowledge, publish technical documents, and help standardize engineering philosophies for cross-team alignment.

Qualifications

• Majoring in Engineering with at least sophomore standing in a Bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge in Google Gemini/Scripting, Excel VBA or C++ strongly preferred.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship at this time.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior engineers to capture operational knowledge and resolve documentation gaps across core product lines.
• Draft, format, and publish technical memorandums, work instructions, and engineering standards to establish formalized procedures.
• Standardize technical philosophies to ensure alignment across application, product, and test engineering teams.
• Draft and review technical documentation to support customer specification reviews and pre-contract negotiations.
