Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a seasoned Commodity Manager for the US Packaging portfolio to lead end-to-end strategy, supplier relationships, and contract negotiations. You will drive cost competitiveness, innovation, and compliance while collaborating with Engineering, Operations, Finance and Supplier Partners to deliver results.

Reporting to the Sr. Commodity Manager, you will own financial reporting, PPV tracking, and ideation savings, with up to 25% domestic travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of strategic sourcing or supply chain leadership.
• Strong negotiating skills with proven savings and risk management.
• Ability to influence across Engineering, Operations, Finance and Suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end US packaging category strategy and execution.
• Manage supplier relationships and scorecards for performance.
• Lead RFPs/RFQs, contract negotiations, and cost savings initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to meet regulatory and safety requirements.
• Own financial reporting for the category including PPV and ideation savings.
