Job summary

Haleon is seeking Packaging Co-ops to join our Packaging organization in Warren, NJ beginning in January 2027. Co-ops will support either the R&D Packaging Team or the Technical Packaging Team, gaining hands-on experience in packaging innovation, sustainability, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced consumer health environment.

The internship requires full-time availability (40 hours/week) for six months, in-office three days per week at Berkley Heights, NJ, with compensation

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in packaging, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support packaging development, sustainability, and continuous improvement projects.
• Evaluate packaging materials, technologies, and formats for new and existing products.
• Assist with packaging testing, line trials, prototyping, and data analysis.
• Research opportunities related to sustainability, cost savings, and value engineering.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, and external suppliers.
• Contribute to technical documentation, specifications, and project updates.
• Manage portions of project work with guidance from experienced team members.
