Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of related experience.
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with pricing, bids and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing and bid activities, including analysis and submittals.
• Collaborate with sales, technical and ops to drive new business.
• Negotiate customer contracts and manage key accounts.
• Develop competitive pricing strategies and target markets.
• Coordinate product development with technical teams for trials.
• Travel as needed to support customers and sales efforts.
