Job summary

American Packaging Corporation (APC) seeks a Corporate Regulatory Compliance Manager to develop and maintain programs ensuring our packaging materials comply with North American, European, and other regulations.

You will guide Packaging R&D, Sales, Quality, and Manufacturing on regulatory matters, manage testing and certifications, and lead material evaluations for food safety before use. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, quality, packaging science, chemical engineering, chemistry, material science or food science.
• 3–5 years in regulatory compliance for packaging materials; 5–10 years in technical food packaging experience.
• Ability to read, write and present regulatory information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage internal processes and systems for packaging regulatory compliance.
• Provide guidance on regulatory requirements to R&D, Sales, Quality and Manufacturing teams.
• Represent APC at conferences and industry workgroups; coordinate with suppliers on compliance.
