Job summary

Richmont Industries LLC is seeking a hands-on Graphic Designer with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing consumer products team. You will work across product CADs, branding, packaging graphics, and retail displays, from concept through final production.

You will own artwork development, coordinate with overseas factories, and ensure accuracy of copy, colors, dielines, and proofs. Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop, plus packaging experience, is essential in a fast-moving,

Qualifications

3–5 years professional graphic design experience.
Strong Illustrator and Photoshop proficiency.
Experience with packaging artwork, dielines, and print-ready files.
Knowledge of print production, bleeds, color setup, and factory handoff.
Excellent typography, layout, branding, and presentation skills.
Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

Create product CADs, concepts, and presentation decks.
Develop logos, branding, packaging graphics and other visual assets.
Create physical packaging mockups for internal and customer presentations.
Prepare production‑ready artwork and mechanical files.
Coordinate artwork, proofs, approvals, and revisions with overseas factories.
Review and comment on pre‑production and production samples.
Retouch and prepare product photography for e‑commerce, packaging, and presentations.
Maintain organized artwork libraries, approvals, version control.
