Job summary

TruVolt Brands is seeking a Brand Designer to take ideas from concept to print-ready packaging across Snow Joe, Sun Joe, Aqua Joe, Auto Joe and Jetson. You will craft distinctive visual directions, create dielines, manage SKUs, and ensure production-ready accuracy for global packaging and retail displays.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in brand packaging, a strong portfolio, and hands-on prepress experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of brand, packaging or consumer products design.
• Strong portfolio showing original concept work and production-ready packaging.
• Strong visual design with layout, typography and composition.
• Hands-on experience preparing packaging files for print, dielines and prepress.
• Experience managing multiple SKUs and packaging variations.

Responsibilities

• Design packaging, retail displays and supporting collateral across brands.
• Develop distinctive visual concepts for new brands and launches.
• Use AI tools to explore concepts and visualize packaging before production.
• Turn concepts into production-ready dielines with proper specs.
• Create product labels, POP displays and other print collateral.
• Coordinate revisions and variants across brands and categories.
• Prepare final print-ready files with dielines, bleeds and color management.
• Ensure regulatory, safety and retailer elements are included.
• Collaborate with Creative, Product Development and Marketing teams.
