Job summary

NuWave LLC is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to translate packaging and marketing concepts into compelling visuals. You will collaborate with marketing, creative, and culinary teams to deliver timely content for manuals, product placements, and retail box design.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of packaging/branding experience, a Bachelor's in Graphic Design, and proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. This on-site role is based in Vernon Hills, IL.

Qualifications

• Portfolio required, showcasing creative design and conceptual thinking.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent.
• 3+ years of professional experience in packaging/branding.
• Proficient with Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; strong layout skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with departments to determine project scope and messaging.
• Develop concepts for ads, mail campaigns, menus, posters, emails, banners, and packaging.
• Create designs with a unified look across print and web.
• Collaborate with Photography to develop image concepts.
• Review designs for errors before printing/publishing.
• Contribute innovative ideas and perform photo retouching as needed.
• Stay current on design trends and apply them to projects.
