Job summary

Altium Packaging in Berwick, PA is hiring an entry-level Production Packaging Associate for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:30am-4:00pm). You will package materials, load and move stock, and operate packaging equipment following GMPs.

You must have basic English, math, and computer skills; HS diploma preferred. Training within 90 days. The role includes safety PPE, teamwork, quality checks, and flexible overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies.
• Maintain punctuality and adhere to work schedule.
• Demonstrates a Teamwork attitude by working well and effectively with others.
• Inspects the quality of bottles during production, packaging, and labeling.
• Move finished goods to designated area and restock supplies as needed.
• Duties may differentiate by plant based on equipment and plant design.
