Job summary

Fastenal Co. in Indianapolis is hiring for full-time Packaging at our IN180 Manufacturing Facility. You will package and fulfill orders by hand or by machine, weigh product for accuracy, and ensure proper sealing and packing for customers and branches.

Responsibilities include inspecting product, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and adhering to health, safety, and sustainability requirements. The role may offer a flexible schedule after onboarding and performance goals are met.
