Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Production Packaging Associate in Phoenix, AZ. This entry-level role involves packaging materials, loading and moving products, and operating packaging equipment in a loud production environment. You will follow GMP, wear PPE, and maintain a clean, organized workspace on a 12-hour shift (7am–7:30pm).

You will inspect bottles, monitor lines, and escalate any quality issues while supporting inventory and labeling tasks. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience.
• Prefer High School diploma or general education degree (GED).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices with PPE and follows safety policies.
• Monitors conveyors and clears bottle jams from lines.
• Loads, moves material and operates packaging equipment.
• Inspects bottles and performs bottle quality checks.
• Ensures correct labeling and packaging according to customer requirements.
• Moves finished goods to designated area and maintains organization.
• Keeps work area neat and restocks supplies as needed.
• Adheres to GMP and company policies; overtime may be required.
