Job Summary

We are hiring a Packaging Associate - 2nd Shift for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Erlanger, KY. This role is ideal for a dependable, safety-conscious candidate who enjoys hands‑on production work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

As a Packaging Associate, you will help keep packaging operations running smoothly by assembling corrugated boxes, checking quality, supplying packaging lines, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. This is a stable second‑shift opportunity with a team‑oriented environment, clear expectations, and supportive leadership focused on safety, quality, and consistent performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble corrugated boxes according to production and packaging requirements.
• Inspect boxes for quality, labeling accuracy, and structural integrity.
• Supply completed boxes to packaging lines efficiently to support production flow.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Follow safety, quality, hygiene, food safety, PPE, and dress code requirements.
• Report damaged materials, equipment concerns, or safety issues to supervision.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay Rate: $18.75 per hour.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
• Job Type: Temp‑to‑hire.
• Location: Erlanger, KY 41018.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Assemble and inspect corrugated boxes for production and packaging operations.
• Support packaging lines by supplying materials in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain GMP standards and follow safety, quality, and food safety procedures.
• Assist with packaging, production support, and facility cleaning duties as needed.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience preferred for this manufacturing and production role.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and twisting.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Dependable, detail‑oriented, safety‑focused, and able to perform repetitive tasks consistently.
• Willingness to comply with required PPE, hygiene, and dress code standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, or packaging experience.
• Experience in food production, ingredient manufacturing, or a similar production environment.
• Familiarity with GMP standards, quality checks, and packaging line support.
