Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking a Packaging Associate in Long Beach, CA for a full-time, non-exempt role with a base pay of $17.00 per hour. You will pack finished products per standard procedures, maintain quality and production efficiency, and strictly follow GMP, GDP and safety guidelines.

You should have at least 1 year of related experience, familiarity with cannabis-related equipment, and be able to work a 40-hour week with minimal supervision, in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Must be a self-starter with minimal supervision, able to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Comply with company packing procedures and standards.
• Follow packing schedule as directed by Production Supervisor and/or Production Manager.
• Maintain Packing Room and common areas organized, clean, and pristine to optimize production efficiency.
• Comply with GMP, GDP and safety guidelines, in accordance with company and government agency policies.
• Communicate with Supervisor about improvements to SOPs and strictly adhere to these practices.
• Performs work in a quality fashion.
• Ensure product orders are packed and moved carefully.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
