You will work with experienced leaders and cross-functional teams to solve manufacturing challenges, support new product introductions, and improve packaging and device assembly processes globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in packaging, mechanical, chemical, or biochemical engineering or related discipline.
• Advanced degrees are welcome but not required.
• Experience with packaging and device assembly concepts is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide packaging and assembly knowledge to ensure technical rigor and execution excellence.
• Support development and execution of robust technical plans across device assembly and packaging.
• Analyze data, participate in technical reviews and risk management activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet safety, quality and supply standards.
• Develop relationships with internal stakeholders and support lifecycle changes and tech transfers.
