Job summary

Medline is seeking a Manager of Package Production in Chicago, hybrid role. You will manage creation, review, and approval of packaging artwork, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and customer expectations.

You will lead cross-functional teams across marketing, design, and production, oversee project timelines, ensure regulatory and quality standards, and coordinate with external vendors to deliver production-ready assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in packaging design or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in packaging design or project management.
• Strong knowledge of printing processes and packaging materials.
• Proficiency in design software, especially Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage creation, review, and approval of packaging artwork to meet brand guidelines and customer expectations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, and production teams to translate concepts into executable packaging artwork.
• Oversee timelines for packaging artwork projects and ensure timely delivery of assets for production.
• Ensure regulatory compliance of product artwork and labeling requirements.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews for accuracy of design, spelling, layout, and production specs.
• Coordinate with external vendors and printing partners to ensure artwork is reproduced accurately and meets quality standards.
