Medline Industries, LP is seeking a packaging artwork manager to oversee creation, review, and approval of packaging artwork, ensuring it meets brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and customer expectations. You will lead a team and drive projects to completion on time.

Collaborate closely with marketing, design and production to translate concepts into executable artwork, manage timelines, and ensure regulatory labeling compliance, quality assurance, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Design, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in packaging design or project management with a focus on artwork development and production.
  • Strong understanding of printing processes and packaging materials.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with industry trends, customer and consumer preferences.

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$92,000.00 - $138,000.00 Annual

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.

Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average. For roles where employees work less than 30 hours per week, benefits include 401(k) contributions, paid time off, as well as access to the Employee Assistance Program, Employee Resource Groups and the Employee Service Corp.
