You will lead cross-functional teams across marketing, design, and production, oversee project timelines, ensure regulatory and quality standards, and coordinate with external vendors to deliver production-ready assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in packaging design or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in packaging design or project management.
• Strong knowledge of printing processes and packaging materials.
• Proficiency in design software, especially Adobe Creative Suite.

This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average.
