Job summary

ALBEDIS is seeking a Packaging Artwork Coordinator to join its European Marketing team on a 8-month assignment, 60-80% capacity. The role focuses on creating and managing packaging artworks, coordinating with NPD, Product Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, on-brand packaging across multiple markets.

You will drive the end-to-end artwork workflow, ensure timely localization, perform meticulous proofreading, and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating packaging artwork or packaging projects in FMCG/consumer goods.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across internal and external teams.
• Experience with artwork management tools is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage packaging artworks across European markets, ensuring timely delivery.
• Lead end-to-end artwork workflow: briefing, design or adaptation, master English version, localisation, and release.
• Ensure brand consistency and regulatory compliance on every artwork.
• Perform proofreading and quality checks to prevent packaging errors.
• Coordinate with marketing, regulatory affairs, quality, supply chain, legal, procurement and local country teams.
