Cresco Labs (Sunnyside) is hiring for a packaging/production role in Joliet, IL. The position operates Monday to Friday, 4:00PM–12:30AM and includes hands-on tasks in a fast-paced environment with strict quality standards.

The role requires 1 year (2–3 preferred) of factory experience, strong attention to detail, ability to measure and label accurately, and familiarity with Windows-based software or POS systems. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.

CORE JOB DUTIES

• Executing tasks assigned by department leadership.
• Measuring, packaging, and labeling products

• Safely transport products from workspace to storage area
• Ensure that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

• 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands‑on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast‑paced environment with measurable goals and working standards, preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure
• Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner
• Effective time‑management skills and ability to multi‑task
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, changing and challenging environment
• Proficiency in windows‑based software and point of sale applications a plus
• Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
• Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.
• Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.

Pay Range

$18.75—$19.75 USD
