Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Production Associate at our Illinois facility. You will join a fast-paced manufacturing team focused on measuring, packaging, labeling, and quality control in a clean, compliant environment.

Your day includes following standards, safety protocols, and coordinating with department leadership to meet production goals. Candidates should have 1 year of related experience and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1 year (2-3 years preferable) hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedures.
• Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner.
• Effective time-management and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Proficiency in Windows-based software and POS applications is a plus.
• Exposure to plant material and potential pollen/dust.
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and perform repetitive actions for long periods.
• Lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.

SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday, 4:00PM - 12:30AM

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

• 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards, preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure
• Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
• Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications a plus
• Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
• Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.
• Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.

In accordance with any local and state compensation laws, the compensation listed is the current estimated range for the position. Final offer details and future compensation may be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to, geographic location, market compensation data, skills, experience, and other relevant factors. Pay Range: $18.75 USD - $19.75 USD
