Job summary

Cresco Labs in Joliet, IL is seeking a Production Assistant to support daily manufacturing tasks in a fast-paced cannabis production environment. You will measure, package, label products and help ensure quality and compliance.

This role requires attention to detail, ability to follow strict procedures, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The position offers a pay range of $18.75–$19.75 per hour and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards, preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure
• Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
• Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications a plus
• Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
• Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.
• Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.

Pay Range: $18.75 USD - $19.75 USD
