Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Review employee’s time-sheets to close weekly payroll.
- Enter agency employees in the computer system UKG Time Management.
- Run reports using various computer systems ea.) MS Office, UKG
- Communicate with managers daily regarding production time for all shifts, production tracking reports, emails to agencies on-sites.
- Receive and review fill rate numbers for all shifts and communicate with production manager to fulfill rates.
- Record information and generate documents to management.
- Review paperwork from the production lines and insure all information is processed and recordedaccurately, ea.) organic audit sheets, food safety trainings and process daily headcounts.
- Import food safety training into the computer system for auditing purposes.
- Review group transfer reports to make sure employees in the correct department.
- Research issues with time clock malfunctions and submit information to the help desk.
- Audit inbound receipts for quality
- Process incoming receipts
- Ensure that all inbound paperwork is properly recorded and filed
- Allocate incoming and/or warehoused packaging for shipment
- Prepare outbound bills of lading and quality paperwork
- Prepare outbound shipping documents for company to company transfers.
- Audit inbound/outbound inventory transactions in the Warehouse Management System for accuracy
- Coordinate inbound and outbound activity with Purchasing
- Work closely with Purchasing and FedEx to ship material in a safe and timely manner
- Work closely with Logistics to ship Internal Transfers in a safe and timely manner
Position Requirements:
- High School degree or equivalent is required.
- Minimum 2 years’ administrative office or related experience required.
- Work experience in a warehouse environment, highly desired.
- Experience with verifying timekeeping or payroll experience is a plus
- Computer and data entry experience preferred.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must pass Drug Test and Background Check
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
- Basic arithmetic and math (counting) skills.
- Related work experience in this field.
