Job summary

Fastenal Co. in Winona, MN is hiring Part-time Packaging staff to support our distribution center. You will package and fulfill orders by hand or machine, weigh products, and ensure accurate, safe packing for customers and branches.

This entry-level role offers up to 28 hours per week with a 7:00am–5:00pm shift, potential flexible scheduling after onboarding, and eligibility for a 401(k) with employer contributions.

OVERVIEW:

Find your future at Fastenal! Our distribution center is hiring energetic, team oriented individuals to work in our fast pace warehouse! Working as Part-time Packaging, you will help facilitate the movement of product throughout the distribution center to company owned branches. You will package and fulfill orders by hand or by machine. Counting parts by hand or using a scale, weighing product for accuracy and properly sealing/packing product for customers and branches will be your main responsibility. This is an entry-level position based out of our distribution center located at 1858 Service Dr, Winona, MN 55987. COMPENSATION:

The base pay range for this position is $15/hr -25/hr. In addition to base pay, this position is also eligible for a bonus and/or commission.
