Working as Part-time Customer Site Packaging Lead, you will facilitate the movement of product through our customer site located at 30 New London Rd, Newark, DE 19716. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inspecting and packaging product
• Using a computer to perform job
• Running a variety of packaging machines
• Assisting with leading and developing a team
• Maintain the cleanliness/organization of work area
• Complying with health, safety and sustainability rules and expectations
• Participating in activities and programs that help the company achieve health, safety and sustainability objectives
• Learning, passing, and practicing various environmental health and safety trainings

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• 18 years of age or older
• Proficient written and oral communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
• Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks over long periods of time
• Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule/extra time as needed

• Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 100lbs
