Job summary

Fastenal is hiring a Part-time Customer Site Packaging role in Crystal Lake, IL. You will inspect and package product, operate packaging machines, and help maintain a clean, safe work area. This entry-level position offers shifts 7:00am–5:00pm, Mon–Fri, up to 28 hours/week.

Candidates should be 18+, with strong communication and computer skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Knowledge of health, safety and sustainability practices is valued; training programs are

OVERVIEW

Working as Part-time Customer Site Packaging, you will facilitate the movement of product through our customer site. This is an entry level position based out of 420 E Terra Cotta, Crystal Lake, IL 60014.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspecting and packaging product
• Using a computer to perform job
• Running a variety of packaging machines
• Maintain the cleanliness/organization of work area
• Complying with health, safety and sustainability rules and expectations
• Participating in activities and programs that help the company achieve health, safety and sustainability objectives

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
