Job summary

Mayday Manufacturing Co is seeking a diligent Warehouse Associate to support shipping, packing, and inventory picking on first shift. You will work closely with customer service to ensure satisfaction, verify shipping instructions, and package products using appropriate equipment in a fast-paced warehouse.

This role requires dependability, adherence to safety standards, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and overtime as needed, in a team setting.

Qualifications

• Dependable and independent worker.
• Ability to follow directions and adhere to safety protocols.
• Must have an acceptable criminal history background check.
• Must pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Physical Demands

• Must be able to regularly lift and carry 20-pound items
• Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50-pound items
• Must be able to access and navigate the production facility
• Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces
• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and stretching

Position Type And Expected Hours Of Work

• Full-time, Monday - Friday
• 1st Shift 7am to 3pm
• Monday through Friday occasional Saturday, as needed
• Ability to work overtime is required

Work Environment

• The work performed is in a warehouse environment
• Working around machinery with moving parts
• Working in close proximity to others
• Must be able to work in a fast paced, team environment
