Job summary

ProCaps Labs is seeking a Warehouse Associate to coordinate shipping, receiving, and storage of materials to meet production demands. The role supports multiple departments and ensures accurate handling of all shipments.

You will read work orders, prepare items for mailing, maintain documentation, and participate in inventory counts. The position requires basic math, data entry ability, and good English communication; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in a warehouse or office capacity preferred.
• Ability to key in data and operate a computer keyboard.
• Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply and divide.
• Strong reading comprehension for safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to communicate in English via speaking, writing, and reading.
• Willing to work overtime or weekends as workload demands.

Responsibilities

• Read orders to determine items to move and ship.
• Keep work area clean, safe, and accessible.
• Assemble customer orders and prepare for mailing.
• Mark shipments with identifying information per SOP.
• Record quantities received or distributed for inventory control.
• Maintain shipping/receiving paperwork.
• Assist with periodic physical inventory counts.
• Support quality initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Marks materials shipped and received with the?appropriate identifying?information according to Standard Operating Procedures.?
• Records?amount?of materials or items received or distributed for Inventory Control.?
• Maintains all shipping/receiving paperwork.?
• Assists?in?counting?physical inventory as needed.?
• Responsible for quality and continuous improvement within the job?scope.?
• Contributes to and supports the corporation?s quality initiatives by encouraging team and individual contributions toward the corporation?s quality improvement efforts.?
• Performs?other?duties and responsibilities as assigned.?

Requirements MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS?
