Job summary

Valley Craft Industries, located in Lake City, MN, is hiring for an Entry-Level Packager on the 2nd shift. The role involves packaging, boxing, palletizing, and stretch-wrapping products for shipment with on-the-job training provided.

A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered, and Fridays may be required to complete a 4-day work week. We value dependability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn packaging and metalworking processes.

Responsibilities

• Select and wrap products in protective materials.
• Box, crate, palletize, and stretch-wrap products for shipment.
• Operate basic power tools and hand tools.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets specifications.
• Monitor and maintain product quality.
• Read production paperwork and diagrams.
• Perform testing of parts and mechanisms as required.

What You'll Learn & Do
