• Stack and organize finished product on pallets for shipping and distribution
• Maintain accurate production counts and follow fulfillment procedures
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and efficient
• Follow all company safety policies and quality standards
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals

Packager Requirements

• No experience required; training provided
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow written instructions and procedures
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Interest in collectibles, trading cards, or hobby products is a plus
• Ability to stand and work at a production or packing station for up to 8-9 hours per shift
• Ability to frequently use hands for packaging, sorting, labeling, and handling products
• Lift and move products weighing up to 15 pounds regularly
• Occasionally lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining attention to detail
