Job summary

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring General Laborers for a food production facility in Delano, MN and Greenfield, MN. You will help package products, maintain a clean and safe production area, and work with a friendly team on steady, first- or second-shift hours.

Start as soon as the next day with immediate openings; bilingual Spanish welcome. Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply and will be considered for temporary or contract roles. Weekly pay and company benefits support are available.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for an entire 10-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Package various products in a timely and safe manner while maintaining high quality standards.
• Communicate with Machine Operators or the Shift Supervisor regarding any quality or safety concerns.
• Assist Machine Operators with code dates, expiration dates, stickers, and other label-related tasks.
• Monitor product quality, contamination risks, and line efficiency.
• Perform general cleaning of production areas during changeovers.
• Complete sanitation duties as needed on the line or in the production area.
• Follow all GMP and safety regulations.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
