Job summary

UPS is seeking a Supervisor to train and oversee Package Handlers and Clerks, ensuring safety, productivity, and timely task completion. This role manages attendance and submits timecards while upholding UPS's code of conduct.

Responsibilities include guiding teams, facilitating trainings, evaluating performance with management, and maintaining strong relationships with staff and customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong problem solving, multitasking abilities.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred; management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Coordinates evaluations with management.
• Supervises daily activities of package handlers and clerks to ensure all assigned duties are accomplished safely and timely.
• Understands and demonstrates UPS's high ethical standards and code of conduct.
