• Manage department resources for maximum output, accuracy and efficiency.
• Establish and promote a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication and inter-departmental cooperation.
• Implement employee development plans and required training with coaching.
• Ensure all employees receive orientation, training materials and regular evaluations.
