Job summary

Luxer One Liaison is seeking an organized, customer-focused individual for on-site package management in Atlanta, GA. This part-time role involves in-person support for residents and managing the property’s package flow.

You’ll log deliveries, assist with the locker system, and maintain accurate records while coordinating with Luxer One Support. Reliability and local transit access are important for success in this role.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• 1–2 years of customer service in a client-facing role.
• Reliable transportation to service area.
• Comfortable with technology and software tools.
• Strong organization and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and move packages.
• Ability to sit/stand for extended periods and work in varied temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Establish on-site presence and provide in-person and written support to residents.
• Log delivered packages into the property management system.
• Deliver packages to residents’ doors or in-unit (60 lbs max).
• Arrange and label packages for quick resident access.
• Audit aging or stale packages and update software for accuracy.
• Email correspondence with residents, staff, and manager.
• Serve as liaison between property and Luxer One Support.
• Troubleshoot lightweight hardware/software for locker systems as needed.

Liaison Package Handler – Atlanta, GA - The Keswick (Part Time)

Luxer One Liaison is looking for a friendly professional, organized and customer-obsessed individual to provide package management services to luxury apartment building in Atlanta, GA area. Come join our growing team!

Mon-Fri, 3 hours per day

What You’ll Do:

• Build and establish an on-site presence within your assigned properties by providing in-person and written support to on-site residents who have package related questions or account inquiries.
• Log recently-delivered packages into the property's package management system/software.
• Deliver packages to resident doors or in-unit (60lbs MAX)
• Arrange and label packages on shelving so residents can locate them quickly and easily.
• Identify and address aging or stale packages through physical audits and software review to maintain system accuracy.
• Email Correspondence through Gmail with on-site residents, property staff and your manager.
• Serve as a primary liaison between the property and Luxer One Support.
• Deliver specific packages directly to residents' doors. (60lbs MAX)
• Perform or troubleshoot lightweight maintenance on the locker/package room management system hardware and software as needed.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• 1–2 years of customer service experience in a client-facing role
• Reliable transportation, such as a personal vehicle or access to public transit; ideally, you live in or near the designated service area
• Comfortable and well adept using technology, including digital package management software, Google Suite, Apple Hardware/Software.
• Strong organizational and independent problem‑solving abilities
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to perform regular physical activity, including lifting and arranging packages, some of which may be bulky, within legal guidelines and safely maneuver within storage areas
• Can lift up to but, not exceed 60 LBS
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods if necessary
• Must be able to work effectively in environments with varying temperatures, including heat and cold, ensuring adherence to safety protocols
• Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned; responsibilities may evolve based on business needs
• Willingness to make‑up for hours missed or cover shifts as needed.
