Baseball Lifestyle 101 in Denver, CO is seeking a Warehouse Floor Manager to lead the Pack and Ship team. The role focuses on directing order flow, supervising associates, and maintaining accuracy in shipping operations.

Responsibilities

• Use software to track, check, prioritize and route orders.
• Direct the flow of packages from preparation to shipment.
• Inspect labels, barcodes and other features of completed orders.
• Interview, select, train, supervise and lead Pack and Ship Associates.
• Ensure Pack and Ship team is operating efficiently and make improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing and other managers to optimize processes.
• Review weekly time sheets of Pack and Ship Associates.
• Resolve issues regarding shipped orders and ensure policy compliance.
• Report to management on activities and issues and maintain a clean workspace.
