Job summary

Central Garden & Pet Company, a leading innovator in garden, pet and related industries, seeks a Pack-Out Lead for our Norton, MA facility. The role collaborates with the Plant Manager to meet production schedules and ensure raw materials are available for production lines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Previous production/packing experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with all levels within the facility.
• Ability to manage priorities and adapt to changes in workflow.
• Strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Train, Coach and Develop Pack-Out Team.
• Confirm materials are available to meet production needs.
• Measure production and provide feedback to the team.
• Fill in for breaks and absences as needed.
• Keep the work area clean and safe.
• Safely operate a forklift.
• Perform other duties as required.
