Position: Pack & Ship Store Associate

Employment Type: Part-Time

Location: Available to work at all three locations as needed 32940, 32937, & 32935

Pay: $15.00

This position involves assisting customers with shipping, packing, printing, mailbox services, and other store-related needs while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Process domestic and international shipments accurately
• Pack fragile, valuable, and oversized items safely and securely
• Measure and weigh packages and enter shipping information accurately
• Assist customers with shipping options, packaging, and related services
• Process incoming and outgoing packages and mail
• Operate POS, shipping, computer, and printing systems
• Prepare labels, documents, copies, scans, and other customer requests
• Maintain accurate records and follow store procedures
• Handle cash, credit card, and other customer transactions accurately
• Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable
• Follow all company policies and shipping procedures
