The position emphasizes accuracy, friendly service, and the ability to lift and move packages. You will operate POS, shipping, printing systems, prepare labels, and maintain records according to store procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Must demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to lift and move packages as required.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with friendly, professional service.
• Process domestic and international shipments accurately.
• Pack fragile items securely.
