Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Regional Wastewater Sector Leader for the Pacific Region, responsible for leading the wastewater practice in California and Hawaiʻi, building teams, developing clients, and delivering large projects. You will report to the Regional Business Leader for Pacific and collaborate with North America wastewater team.

Responsibilities

• Grow and lead Stantec’s multi-disciplinary wastewater business in the Pacific Region and beyond.
• Manage key client relationships and target major wastewater programs with California and Hawai’i.
• Provide project leadership and ensure delivery across cost, schedule and quality expectations.
• Mentor and grow the wastewater team, supporting staff development and capability.
• Stay current on regulatory policy and establish relationships with authorities.
• Coordinate with leadership and clients to explore future opportunities and staffing needs.
• Engage clients in meaningful discussions and translate needs into actionable solutions.
