Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Regional Sector Leader for Biosolids in the Pacific region, based in San Diego, CA. The role directs biosolids projects, drives strategic growth, and leads cross-functional teams across North America.

You will engage with key clients, champion innovative technologies, and align regional capabilities with company strategy. Required are a CA-licensed engineer with 15 years of relevant experience; Master’s/PhD preferred.

Qualifications

• Lead and inspire multi-disciplinary biosolids teams.
• Demonstrated understanding of Pacific region market trends.
• Strong client communications and technical proposal writing.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in California.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to internal biosolids practitioners.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
• Support business development and growth through strategic pursuits.
• Collaborate with sector leaders to implement North America biosolids strategy.
• Champion health, safety, and environment within Stantec.
