Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Regional Sector Leader for the US Pacific water sector, based in Pasadena or Irvine, to drive growth and lead a team of water treatment professionals. You will engage directly with key clients, lead strategic pursuits, and advance our technical capabilities across North America.

You will champion innovative technologies, manage cross‑regional collaboration, and uphold health, safety and environmental standards while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong drinking water treatment technical skills and knowledge of regulations.
• Experienced and visible industry leader in delivering complex water treatment projects with a high degree of technical proficiency.
• Ability to lead and inspire teams with a strong commitment to meeting goals and upholding Stantec’s values and policies.

Responsibilities

• Identify and support the win of strategic pursuits with leaders and account teams.
• Act as a liaison between local/regional teams and North American Sector Leader to leverage resources.
• Provide leadership to water treatment professionals and engage with strategic clients.
